🛍️ What products does Roam of Tampa offer?

We specialize in high-quality travel gear including hard-shell suitcases, soft travel bags, carry-ons, and versatile duffels. All our products are designed with functionality, durability, and modern aesthetics in mind.

⏳ How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Shipping within the USA takes around 7 business days, while European orders may take up to 15 business days.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international shipping times and costs vary by destination. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

📦 What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please email us with your order number before sending anything back.

💳 What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as PayPal. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

📮 Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update.

🔄 Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, they may already be in processing and cannot be changed. Contact us as soon as possible if needed.
